公司所有生產(chǎn)蒸汽發(fā)生器是一種多管式然尤其蒸汽發(fā)生器，在設(shè)備內(nèi)布置多層受熱面，經(jīng)改進(jìn)后外接水位電極控制，外部用保溫材料保溫后，再用鋼板噴漆的外殼罩住，外觀整潔而又漂亮。用戶購回后，接上電源和水源后即可使用。蒸汽發(fā)生器有可靠的水位控制，壓力控制等連鎖控制裝置。蒸汽發(fā)生器環(huán)保節(jié)能，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊合理。
按TSGG1001-2012《鍋爐安全技術(shù)監(jiān)察規(guī)程》1.3(1)條對(duì)不適用鍋爐的定義設(shè)計(jì)正常水位水溶積小于30L的蒸汽發(fā)生器，不屬于《鍋爐壓力容器制管理辦法》規(guī)定的產(chǎn)品安全性能強(qiáng)制監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)的范疇，所以可免去地方檢驗(yàn)。
